Responding to rising number of anxious enquiries regarding the urgent need to write “A New Constitution for Nigeria” Tony Nnadi of NINAS clarified as follows:
“The first question to ask is:
“For which Union will such ‘a New Constitution’ be written when the Constituent Peoples of Nigeria have not AGREED to Federate?”
For reasons that seem to range from ignorance, laziness to outright dishonesty, it has been observed by the NINAS Secretariat that many of our People have not found the discipline to examine, (much less understand), the 2-Stage PROCESS indicated in the 5-Point Proposition of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM) Proclamation of December 16, 2020.
Writing of any Constitution (or Constitutions as the case may be), is in the 2nd Stage of the CFM Proposition after the Union Renegotiation that MUST happen in the 1st Stage, Ratified by Regional Stay-Or-Leave Referendums (in conclusion of that 1st Stage), results in the need to write any New Constitution or Constitutions
With the DELEGITIMIZATION of the 1999 Constitution and the impending DECOMMISSIONING Processes, the Constitutional Logjam that is racing towards the Distressed Nigerian Union will find no other viable Resolution outside Immediate UNION DISSOLUTION or Immediate UNION RENEGOTIATION.
With the matrix of Strategies that includes the rallying of an Alliance of the Rest of Nigeria (South and Middle-Belt) that completely isolates and incapacitates the Caliphate Proprietors of Unitary Nigeria, (along with the 1967 Alliance), as well as the onslaught against the Chief-Enabling instrument of that Caliphate’s stranglehold upon all else, NINAS has the Unitary Nigeria defined by the Fraudulent 1999 Constitution in a Chokehold and the Enforcers of that Unitarism in a Chokehold.
Those who did not understand Domino-2 Stratagem by which NINAS targeted the shutdown (or self-propelled derailment) of the 2023 Elections as a Strategy for Taking Down the 1999 Constitution, along with the Unitary Union foisted by that Constitution, can now look more soberly at the Domino-2 graphics (below), to determine whether it was by accident that the 2023 Presidential Election ended in the brigandage of defying the 1999 Constitution (ie 25%-of-FCT-Vote Requirement).
