If elections mean voting and the counting of votes, it is clear that the APC is desperately trying to avoid fair elections, while its surviving main challenger, the ADC, is also struggling to be on the ballot for 2027 (and threatening to end the pretense of democracy if blocked), in a situation that sets Nigeria up for chaos unless elections are shelved in favour of an immediate transitioning process that will arrest the several existential threats and rework the distressed Nigerian federation.
For reasons that are now manifesting menacingly and threatening to plunge crisis-ridden Nigeria into chaos, NINAS had, by its Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM) of December 16, 2020, counselled all sides to suspend any plans for further national elections under the untenable unitary constitution responsible for the many existential threats currently buffeting Nigeria, particularly the genocidal killings accompanying the Fulani conquest invasion of Nigeria.
With the recent mention of Nigeria by Trump in the US war with Iran, and the evacuation of non-emergency staff from its embassy in Abuja, there are indications that US military action against terror infrastructure could be imminent.
It is therefore clear that the most viable pathway to redemption for Nigeria and Nigerians is the 5-Point Proposition of NINAS: the shelving of further national elections and the initiation of an immediate transitioning process in place of elections, to address multiple existential threats circling Nigeria, including the Fulani conquest invasion and the accompanying Sharia, Tinubu’s state capture, and the deliberate economic strangulation of the populace, all enabled by the caliphate-imposed unitary constitution of Nigeria, to which all political parties in Nigeria treacherously subscribe and by which they will govern when elections are over.
The NINAS 5-Point Proposition offers a framework to all sides, including Nigeria’s failed government, the ruling party (APC), the weakened opposition parties, the United States in its current mission against terror infrastructure in Nigeria, and the Nigerian people now caught in the throes of these dangers and multiple existential threats, for navigating and managing the complex, fast-degenerating, and dangerous situation in Nigeria.
The onus is now upon the people of Nigeria, particularly the populace, to brace up and rescue themselves from the damnation of the caliphate-imposed unitary union of Nigeria by rejecting the doomed voyage to the 2027 elections under the 1999 Constitution of Death, as a demonstration of their rejection of that constitution, and to demand the initiation of an immediate transitioning process for the constitutional reconstruction of Nigeria as outlined by the NINAS 5-Point Proposition.
It is by embracing the NINAS 5-Point Proposition that Nigerians can properly align themselves with the rescue outcome represented by the current US military intervention against terror infrastructure in Nigeria and Tinubu’s state-capture totalitarianism, since that unitary constitution is the chief enabler of both.
