Impending US Military Action on Genocidal Killings in Nigeria: Counting down to the Expiration of the US Ultimatum to Nigeria and the Misleading Public Communications of the Nigerian Government, worsening the situation and endangering the People.

Being an Anniversary Statement issued by NINAS Board of Conveners in commemoration of the 5th Year of its EMANCIPATION PROCLAMATION by way of the Constitutional Force Majeure of December 16, 2020 as the Delegitimized Unitary Constitution of Nigeria (1999) has fully manifested itself in the global arena, as the reason for the multidimensional dysfunctions of Nigeria which must now be Resolved.

1. As time runs out on the 3-Point Ultimatum issued by the US to the Nigerian Government at the Meeting of November 26, 2025 in Washington DC with a Nigerian Government Delegation AND as the Nigerian Government maintains a dangerous silence on the Ultimatum issued it by the US which leaves the Nigerian People in the dark concerning the imminence of US Military Action against the Terror and Ethnoreligious Killings ravaging Nigeria, it has become necessary to alert Nigerians about the Timeline-implications of the said November 26, 2025 Ultimatum for possible Military Action should Nigeria fail to Publish Names of Terror Sponsors and to Disarm and Dismantle the Terror Networks currently operating in Nigeria.
2. The ominous concealment of the US Ultimatum and the pretense by the Nigerian Government that everything is settled with the US Government with which it is now working to address the Terror and the Killings, presents an extraordinary danger to the Nigerian Populace whose lives and livelihoods would be impacted and disrupted when the Military Action threatened by the US gets underway. 
3. As now established by both the Congressional Hearing on Nigeria and the Riley Moore-led Congressional Delegation that Visited Nigeria, the Genocide-Scale Ethnoreligious Killings in Nigeria is being orchestrated by heavily-armed Fulani Militia, (also masquerading as Herders), who are on a Conquest Invasion and Ethnic Cleansing Mission being executed Jihad-Style as Islamic Extremism with Terror Tactics that target mostly Indigenous Communities in the Middle-Belt (who are Predominantly Christians) and their Resource-Rich Lands.
   
   The Congressional Hearing also established that the anomalous Unitary Constitution of Nigeria which “somehow” permits the Fulani to roam freely with AK-47 Assault Rifles but prohibits arms in the hands of the Peoples of Nigeria, is at the core of the Gross Insecurity, Terror and widespread Ethnoreligious Killings ravaging Nigeria, as the Fulani invaders have a near-monopoly of lethal weapons while the Government of Nigeria and its Security Forces have carried on in a manner to suggest complicity at the level of collusion.
4. NINAS Posits that since the anomalous Constitution of Nigeria (1999) is the Enabler of the Killings, Terror and Gross Insecurity that have brought Nigeria into the Radar of the United States for Intervention by way of Military Action, the Remediation Action that the Nigerian Government Must Now Take to Arrest the Killings and address the Particular Concerns of the US, has of necessity, to begin with express, unambiguous steps, towards the Decommissioning and Reconfiguration of that anomalous and Terrorism-Facilitating Unitary Constitution of Nigeria in order to Extinguish on a potent and effective basis, the source of the raging Security Nightmares of Nigeria AND therefore align Nigeria properly with the US Intervention Initiative.
5. NINAS further posits that the time has come, and is NOW, for the Government and Peoples of Nigeria to act responsibly and take on the NINAS Five-Point Proposition for the wholesale Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria which offers all stakeholders, the Most-Viable, Ready-For-Use Framework and Process, to commence and undertake the urgently required Wholesale Termination of the 1999 Constitution, and Constitutional Reconstruction that will arrest the current dangerous situation of Nigeria in a manner that best aligns Nigeria with the US Intervention Objective, which is the Dismantling of the Terror Networks operating in Nigeria.
6. Accordingly, the most urgent first-step is for the Government of Nigeria to announce the suspension of preparations for another round of National Elections in 2027 under the anomalous Unitary Constitution of Nigeria (1999) AND to initiate an immediate Time-bound Transitioning Process to Rework Nigeria’s untenable Caliphate-Imposed and anomalous Unitary Constitution. 
7. To precipitate this urgent first-step, and as mark of their rejection of the anomalous Constitutional Arrangements that ruin their lives, NINAS invites the Peoples of Nigeria and all Stakeholders, to join in the push for the immediate Decommissioning of the atrocious Unitary Constitution of Nigeria (which is far worse than the Apartheid Constitution of South Africa), by Demanding the suspension of the Voyage to 2027 Elections and for the initiation of an immediate Transitioning Process along the lines of the 5-Point Proposition of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure of December 16, 2020.
8. It will be tantamount to Self-Sabotage of Suicidal Proportions for Nigerians who live under the insecurity, torments, failures and dysfunctions of the Death-Dispensing, anti-development, anti-unity and anti-progress 1999 Constitution to be warming up for yet another round of futile Elections in 2027 under that same Constitution, since no meaningful Constitutional Reconstruction can take place unless the plan for 2027 Elections is suspended and a Transitioning Process is emplaced to Rework Nigeria’s damaged Union Constitution. 
   The alternative is to wait for the US to come do for us in their own manner what we can do for ourselves even as we work together with the United States to rout out the Terror Networks currently breeding and multiplying in the Nigerian Space.
   Let it be clear to all, that the December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure was an Emancipation Proclamation awaiting just simple Enforcement by Nigerians and which would immediately disarm the Marauding Fulani and Islamic Terror Networks, and contain them. Imagine the losses and Terror that would have been prevented if Nigerians had even up to five years ago keyed into this, and made the NINAS Proposition their Demand.
