Derailed Presidential Election, Distressed Constitution And Wobbling Union

Matters are coasting rapidly and decisively to NINAS Domino-2 as Scripted – namely, the Derailed Presidential Election Triggering a Constitutional Logjam that Precipitates Immediate Transitioning Arrangement for Union Reconfiguration.

domino 2

Note that in the face of the Successful Delegitimization of the 1999 Constitution, the Default Situation is the POTENT THREAT of Legitimate Unilateral Self-Determination Actions towards Union Dissolution by Aggrieved Constituent Components that declared a Union Dispute since December 16, 2020, for Grave Constitutional Grievances arising from Imposed, Fraudulent Unitary Constitutional Arrangements.  More than anything else, it is this Potent Threat that will compel a more honest and more sober engagement by an arrogant system that has sustained itself for decades by a combination of Brute Force and Guile.

With the 25%-FCT-Vote Deficiency and the Certificate Forgery that has now been established against Candidate Bola Tinubu, any attempt by the Supreme Court of Nigeria to save the illegitimate outcome of the 2023 Presidential Election will be at the expense of the life of the 1999 Constitution and the Unitary Union it foists because the Supreme Court would have to DEFY the 1999 Constitution to make Tinubu President and that would be beginning of the Interment of that Constitution as that action will open the floodgates for those who already reject the 1999 Constitution to join in the Defiance of that Constitution.

These align perfectly with the Strategic Objective of NINAS for targeting the shutdown of the 2023 Elections under the 1999 Constitution, and this means that the Enforcers of Unitary Nigeria will now have to choose BETWEEN saving the Illegitimate 1999 Constitution AND saving the Illegitimate Presidency of Bola Tinubu.

This means that Tinubu cannot validly become President of Nigeria from the Election of February 25, 2023.

For Candidates Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar, the outcome of the February 25, 2023, Presidential Election is rendered untenable by INEC’s complete departure from the Mandatory requirement for Electronic Transmission of Results from Polling Units to Server under Guidelines made pursuant to the 2022 Electoral Act Amendments.

The implication of this is that irrespective of how the question of who scored more valid votes and who met the requisite spread of 25% Votes in 24 States and FCT between Obi and Atiku are eventually resolved by the Supreme Court, neither Candidate Peter Obi nor Atiku Abubakar can become President in consequence of the Election of February 25, 2023.

This leaves the Supreme Court with the choice of ordering a Runoff or a complete Re-run of the 2023 Presidential Election, but such an order would mean that the Runoff or Re-Run  would be under the Distressed 1999 Constitution and presided over by the same totally discredited INEC. Such an Order by the Supreme would simply be dead on arrival as no one can persuade Nigerians that their salvation can be found in further National Elections under the 1999 Constitution, particularly under the INEC of now.

Nigeria is, therefore, at a Constitutional Logjam as of October 2023 following the Inconclusive Presidential Election of February 25, 2023.

This is where the NINAS Propositions for Immediate Transitioning for Union Reconfiguration emerges as the Safest, Swiftest and Most Viable Mechanism for Resolving both the Constitutional Logjam occasioned by the Inconclusive 2023 Presidential Election and the Union Dispute Declared December 16, 2020, via the Joint Multi-Regional Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation by NINAS on behalf of the Peoples of Nigeria currently trapped in the Failed Lugardian Experiment of 1914, presently, framed by the Fraudulent Constitution of Nigeria (1999).
