NIGERIA IN FREE-FALL: NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure Pathway To Redemption

As Nigeria continues its rapid descent into darkness and chaos in the aftermath of the mangled 2023 Presidential Election and as Nigerians who are caught in the terminal throes of a dying monster continue the frantic search for an escape from what seems a deadly encirclement, NINAS Secretariat invites ALL to calmly review the Five-Point Proposition of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM), as summarized herein, which, in the face of the Security and Economic whirlwinds trailing the Disastrous 2023 Elections and amidst Disputed Constitutional Arrangements, remains the most Viable Mechanism by which the Distressed Nigerian Federation can be safely navigated to the Harbour of Reconstruction.

LOGIC OF CURRENT BEARINGS:

With the Defeat and DELEGITIMIZATION of the Fraudulent 1999 Constitution of Nigeria by the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure, the Choices currently before the Proprietors of Unitary Nigeria are EITHER to sacrifice the 1999 Constitution to save the Union of Nigeria, OR to Sacrifice the Union of Nigeria to save the 1999 Constitution.

The further implication of the spectacular success of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure is that the Proprietors of Unitary Nigeria must now EITHER Surrender Unconditionally to the Prescriptions of the Five-Point Proposition of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure OR they brace up for a Comprehensive Defeat in the days ahead by the Traumatized Peoples of Nigeria.

Here is a summary of the NINAS Five-Point Proposition That Can Halt Nigeria’s Current Drift:

(A) Acknowledgment by the Federal Government of Nigeria of the Constitutional Grievances raised in the NINAS Union Dispute Declared on December 16, 2020.

(B) Express Commitment by the Federal Government of Nigeria to Decommission the Imposed, Fraudulent and Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, (1999).

(C) Express Commitment by the Federal Government of Nigeria to Suspend Further National Elections under the 1999 Constitution. The Untenable outcome of the 2023 Presidential Election must now be Transformed into an Immediate Transition for Reworking the Damaged Constitutional Basis of Nigeria.

(D) Formal Invitation to the Constituent Peoples of Nigeria to work out the Modalities for Transitioning.

(E) Announcement of a Time-Bound Two-Stage Transitioning commenced with Regional Referendums for Constituent Components to Recommit To, or Opt Out of the Nigeria Union; then distillation of Terms of Union at Stage-2 depending on the outcome of the Referendums.

Here is the NINAS Broadcast titled: ”Separating NINAS’ Union Reconstruction Template from Vague Restructuring Noise” which outlines the Processes required to enact Nigeria’s Constitutional Reconstruction.

We make bold to assert that the NINAS 5-Point Proposition is the only potent mechanism for simultaneously stopping the Fulani Conquest Invasion, arresting the charred outcome of the 2023 Presidential Election, and halting the Free-Fall of Nigeria’s Economy.
