NINAS is again vigorously sounding the alarm so that the indigenous peoples of the South and Middle Belt will be under no self-delusion as to what they are bringing upon themselves by continuing to allow their politicians to uphold the 1999 Constitution upon them and their ancestral lands.

That 1999 Constitution (a forgery), is the Title Deed that gives access to Federal Government to enter the lands of indigenous peoples to seize their resources. It is also the Title Deed that brings armed Fulani invaders upon the Owners, and their ancestral lands. This Title Deed (Constitution) receives living power from its Preamble.

That 1999 Constitution-Title Deed is what allows Buhari’s regime to do whatever they want to you, and to your land, including bringing about Ahmadu Bello’s Declaration to make your land an “estate” of the Fulani, and for it to be their “conquered territory”.

This is the time for EVERY individual and Self-Determination/freedom fighting group in the NINAS Alliance Territory, to turn to their politicians and the political parties in their land, and INSIST that there will be no National Elections 2023 under the fraudulent and Repudiated 1999 Constitution. Otherwise, the alternative would be to frontally face armed Fulani, while being unarmed and defenceless.
