As the US Government Dismiss the Emergency Security Measures recently Announced by the Tinubu Government for being grossly insufficient, and as the Congressional Hearings in Washington on Nigeria’s widespread Ethnoreligious Killings, questions the kind of Constitution that allows the Fulani to roam freely with AK-47 Rifles whilst prohibiting the possession or use of Firearms by the rest of Nigeria, it is now manifest that the only viable mechanism by which Nigeria can approach the Demands and Expectations of the United States ahead of the impending US Military Action against the Terror Networks currently breeding in Nigeria, is for the Government of Nigeria to expressly commit to the Decommissioning and Reconstruction of the Caliphate-Imposed Unitary Constitution of Nigeria (1999).
Nothing short of the kind of announcement South Africa made in 1990, to commence the Transitioning for the Decommissioning of the Apartheid Constitution, will align Nigeria with the US in the impending US Military Action against Terror and Killings in Nigeria.
The NINAS 5-Point Proposition presents Nigeria with the Most Viable and Most Immediate Mechanism, Process and Strategy Framework for initiating this Transitioning for Constitutional Reconstruction in a manner that meets the urgency of the overall situation.

This clip from the ongoing US Congressional Hearing on Nigeria shows clearly that the Problem that needs to be solved to arrest the widespread Killings is the Constitution of Nigeria which in effect permits the Fulani to bear arms but forbids other Nigerians, leaving them defenceless by design.
