Perhaps in the imagination of those clamouring for the release of the two convicts, there was no Crime or Terror involved when IPOB/ESN/UGM/AUTOPILOT leaders Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpa and other Gang Leaders went about dishing out by way of broadcasting, incitements and commands resulting directly in:

• The spilling of the blood of tens of thousands of Igbo People in Igboland,
• The beheading of Soldiers and Policemen in Igboland,
• Order to bury Kanu’s lieutenant and partner-in-crime, Ikonso with 2,000 human heads, and where many were reportedly butchered for this barbarism.
• Making incendiary broadcasts that ignited violence, killings, destruction, and hostilities in Lagos and Port Harcourt.

If Igbo standard of justice were to be applied to the atrocities of the Bloodthirsty Criminal called Nnamdi Kanu and his goon Simon Ekpa, both would face summary execution in Igboland irrespective of what Nigeria or Finland does with their other legal infractions.

By those atrocities, Nnamdi Kanu earned himself Five Death Sentences in November 2025 but for the magnanimity of Judge James Omotosho who reduced the Death Penalty stipulated by Law, to Life Sentence.

Therefore all those who clamour for the release of the lunatics should also be ready to see a counter-clamour by those whose relations lost their lives or livelihoods, or who suffered injuries or destruction of property, to the activities of Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpa and their IPOB/ESN/UGM/Autopilot.

It is now past debate that the Igbo plight in Nigeria flows mainly from the Unitary Constitution imposed by the 1967 Alliance of the rest of Nigeria as Victory Charter in the aftermath of the 1967-1970 Genocidal War, to permanently subjugate and exclude the Igbo.

It is also past debate that the salvation of Igbo lies in the defeat and dismantling of that pernicious and Igbo-Strangulating Unitary Constitution.

That structured search for liberation from the toxic Unitary Union of Nigeria as framed and deployed since 1999 by the LNC and its NINAS Allies is what the callous duo of Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa targeted to disrupt (from 2013 and from 2019 respectively) under their banner of “Biafra Restoration”, to defraud Igbo Worldwide, killing, menacing, and destroying families, lives and livelihoods on a mind-boggling scale. The two men were fully briefed in private and in confidence but they chose plagiarism and treachery which caused and continues to cause the LNC-NINAS Processes so much damage and debilitation.

So, let LNC-NINAS remind Igbo yet again, that anyone who is not speaking to or pursuing the termination of the Unitary Constitution which was imposed by the 1967 Alliance of the rest of Nigeria as Victory Charter from the Genocidal War of 1967-1970, and by which Igbo is locked into the Dot-In-Circle Geography, and also Subjugated, Enslaved and Excluded in Nigeria, then such a person is not addressing the pain of the Igbo in the Union of Death and Double-Standards that Nigeria has become for Igbo.

Anyone who is not concerned about the bloodletting being orchestrated in Igboland by Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpa and the rest of the Criminal Merchants of the “Biafra Restoration” including Chika Edoziem and his DOS along with the 2026 DOS appointed by Nnamdi Kanu from Sokoto prison, all operating mostly from the safety and comfort of their various Transatlantic abodes, AND anyone who is partaking in the promotion, facilitation and financing of the Biafra Agitation in Igboland is not on the side of the Igbo in this gory debate between life and death in Igboland.

From the foregoing, the solution to the decades-long Genocide of Nigeria against Igbo, is to Defeat and Dismantle that Unitary Constitution in order to Liberate its Captives including the Igbo.

The solution cannot be the orchestration of the kind of Terror, Destruction and Bloodletting that Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpa and their confederates are orchestrating in Igboland in the name of a totally meaningless “Biafra Restoration” Agitation which was a scam from its 2013 inception, but which has now collapsed miserably at a time the onslaught of the Genuine Liberation Movement has Defeated and is moving decisively to the Decommissioning and Dismantling of the Unitary Constitution of Nigeria – 1999 to restore Sovereignty to the Captives of Unitary Nigeria including the Igbo.

For the avoidance of doubt, the entire “Biafra Agitation” nuisance as orchestrated by Nnamdi Kanu and his partners-in-crime in IPOB, have been the worst setback and debilitation to the genuine Liberation Movement driving the Defeat, Delegitimization and Decommissioning of the Unitary Constitution of Nigeria to LIBERATE the trapped victims of the failed Lugardian Experiment of 1914 the World calls “Nigeria” via an Orderly TRANSITIONING process that will culminate in Self-Determination Referendums and Plebiscites that could result in a Federation, Confederation or the emergence of Independent Units of Successor-Sovereign State Entities.
