It is clear that the ignoramuses and semi-literate Biafra-seekers making online death threats to Chigozie Nnabugwu do not realize that what they are doing is an offense punishable by death under Nigeria’s Terrorism Prevention and Prohibition Act (TPPA). That was precisely the offense for which Nnamdi Kanu was tried, convicted, and sentenced.

But for the magnanimity of Judge James Omotosho, who mercifully reduced the death sentences stipulated by law to life sentences, death is the punishment stipulated by law (TPPA) for five of the offenses Nnamdi Kanu was charged with, tried, and convicted for.

▪️ The cross-appeal filed by the prosecution in response to the ill-advised appeal filed by Nnamdi Kanu and the mediocre and dishonest defense team against the life-sentence leniency of Judge James Omotosho will most likely result in the reinstatement of the death sentences stipulated by law at the Court of Appeal, and that would be just another evidence of the self-immolation tactics of the Rogue Biafra Franchise.

Similarly, the same mediocre and dishonest lawyers who are threatening to sue the TV station and a lady blogger/commentator for defamation seem totally oblivious of the fact that truth is a defense to claims of defamation.

▪️ On the one hand, it is clear from the comments trailing the postulations of Chigozie Nnabugwu regarding Nnamdi Kanu and the restoration of peace in Igboland that most of the commentators, including lawyers, do not know that if any of the ignorant IPOB zealots and other sympathizers of Nnamdi Kanu, currently making death threats by online podcasts to Chigozie Nnabugwu, is arrested and charged to court under Nigeria’s Terrorism Prevention and Prohibition Act (TPPA), those podcasts would be sufficient basis of conviction for the offense of terror, and that the sentence stipulated by law upon such conviction is the death penalty.

On the other hand, since Nnamdi Kanu has already been convicted on multiple counts of terror under the TPPA, the suggestion by Chigozie Nnabugwu to the government regarding the restoration of peace in the Igbo-East can be summarized as an invitation to the Federal Government of Nigeria to apply the law so as to halt the IPOB/ESN mayhem currently ravaging Igboland. Therefore, no offense whatsoever has been committed by Chigozie Nnabugwu for making the suggestion he made in his TV interview.

▪️ Let it be clearly understood that the unending genocide and other atrocities of Nigeria against the Igbo are well documented and ongoing, codified and reinforced by the pernicious Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, by which the Igbo is excluded and subjugated in Nigeria.

▪️ Let it be understood that the campaign of the LNC and its NINAS allies is for the defeat, decommissioning, and dismantling of that untenable Constitution, to free all its captives, including the Igbo.

▪️ Let it also be known that all the leaderships of all the known “Biafra Agitation” groups, including Uwazuruike’s MASSOB and Nnamdi Kanu’s IPOB, were fully informed and fully engaged regarding the carefully calibrated and structured liberation undertaking, designed to restore sovereignty to the constituent component peoples of Nigeria trapped since 1914 in the failed Lugardian Experiment of 1914, currently codified by the fraudulent Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, 1999.

The summary of those engagements is contained in the LNC 8-Point Strategy for achieving the self-determination objective for all, including the Igbo, in a process that could default in the orderly dissolution of the distressed Federation of Nigeria if common ground is not found early enough.

This clip was extracted from a May 2021 virtual meeting of LNC-NINAS’s Tony Nnadi with a global Yoruba diaspora audience on the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure.

A Yoruba participant had asked why the LNC rejected working with Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB.

So terrible is the situation that, outside whatever Nigeria and Finland do with the two convicts, if the Igbo standard of justice is applied to the atrocities of Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa, both of them will face summary execution in Igboland, probably along with the charlatans and dishonest mediocres masquerading as lawyers of Nnamdi Kanu but actively aiding the IPOB/ESN killings in Igboland.

▪️ Let it also be known that despite the empty noise of ignorant multitudes chanting Biafra-Or-Death with the bloodthirsty criminal called Nnamdi Kanu, if the suggestion of Chigozie Nnabugwu is today subjected to a YES or NO vote exclusively for the Igbo, the outcome would be an overwhelming Yes, no less than 90%, and the 10% No will be made up of a combination of the ignorant, the dishonest, the fearful, and the fake identities smuggled by the notorious IPOB propaganda machinery.

The reason for recalling this backdrop to the debate triggered by the suggestions of Chigozie Nnabugwu regarding the restoration of peace in Igboland is to enlighten our largely ill-informed people about what was, from the very start, a fraud tagged “Biafra Restoration,” and to let them know that their liberation and freedom are coming from the defeat and decommissioning of the Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, along with the Caliphate-controlled Union of Death it foists on all.
