Why Current US Policy Actions On Nigeria Will Directly Target The Total Constitutional Reconfiguration Of Unitary Nigeria Referenced As “The Breakup Of Nigeria” In Washington

Responding to comments about why US Intervention in Nigeria would directly target the Dismantling and Reconfiguration of the Unitary Constitutional Arrangements of Nigeria, Tony Nnadi of NINAS wrote as follows:

The US which was at War with the Terror Networks of the Middle-East, pre-Covid-19, took 7 months in 2019 to listen to, interrogate and process the Strategic Remediation Propositions brought to it by a NINAS Team about how to contain the Global Terror Networks that were converging in Nigeria under Buhari’s watch and facilitation.

That NINAS Proposition identified the Fulani Conquest Invasion of Nigeria being executed Jihad-Style and Disguised as Farmers-Herders Clashes as the unseen core of the widespread Ethnoreligious Killings and Ethnic Cleansing going on in Nigeria, particularly across the Middle-Belt.

That Proposition also identified the Caliphate-Imposed Unitary Constitution of Nigeria as the Chief-Enabler of the Fulani Onslaught, compounded by Government Complicity at the level of Collusion AND the threat that such massive incubation of Terror in Nigeria and the West African Sub-Region posed to US National Security and Global Peace.

The Remedy offered by the NINAS Proposition was the Dismantling and Reconfiguration of that Caliphate-Imposed Unitary Constitutional Architecture of Nigeria which comprehensively empowers the Fulani Conquest Onslaught whilst totally incapacitating the Predominantly-Christian Indigenous Peoples of Nigeria across the Middle-Belt who were being slaughtered, dislodged and displaced.

The NINAS Team also presented the OPERATIONALIZATION Mechanism for the Defeat and Decommission of that Unitary Constitution.

The US Government found this Remediation Proposition viable, workable and in alignment with their best interests especially for Strategic National Security Imperatives and therefore went to work to Process Requisite US Policy Actions on Nigeria, including open investigative hearings and visitations, as well as triggering the Investigative Visitation of a UN Special Rapporteur on Nigeria in August-September 2019 to probe widespread Extrajudicial Killings across Nigeria.

The Report of that UN Rapporteur Misson led by Agnes Callamard pointedly identified the untenable Unitary Constitutional Arrangements of Nigeria which operates as PRESSURE-COOKER FOR INJUSTICE as the reason blood was flowing all across Nigeria.

The Report also warned that Nigeria of 200 Million People, under such an Imposed Unitary Constitution, had become a threat to Global Security as the Country may snap and throw up an unprecedented Refugee Crisis which could be leveraged exponentially by the Global Terror Networks that were already converging in Nigeria.

This is the backdrop to current US Policy Actions on Nigeria which expressly includes the Fundamental Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria, reported as the Break-Up of Nigeria in the Recommendations being processed for President Trump by the Joint Special Congressional Committee on the Nigerian Genocide Crisis.
