MILESTONE ANNOUNCEMENT-2 (July 27, 2023)
Nigeria In Ruins: Things That Will Not Change Under The 1999 Constitution, No Matter Who Becomes President.

Sequel to the NINAS Notice Of Preliminary Steps Towards Commencement Of Decommissioning Of The Distressed 1999 Constitution, issued July 16, 2023, (link HERE: https://ninasmovementnews.substack.com/p/ninas-notice-of-preliminary-steps)

This is now the Second Batch of Special Broadcasts titled, “Nigeria in Ruins: Things that Will Not Change Under the 1999 Constitution, No Matter Who Becomes President” Parts 1-4.

(PLEASE NOTE: Two more Batches of Special Broadcasts will be released in the coming days.)

These Broadcasts zoom in on the 10-Point Interrogatories by which NINAS beamed the searchlights on the Specific Impositions and Provisions of the 1999 Constitution which  render impossible, Fundamental Changes required to address the Key Debilitations of the Nigerian Union including Regional Self-Determination Agitations arising from Grave Constitutional Grievances, Gross Insecurity, Absence of Rule of Law, Monumental Corruption, Impunity, Mass Impoverishment, Humongous Cost of Governance, Unitarism, Decayed Infrastructure, Intractable Cycles of Corruption-ridden Petroleum Subsidy Regimes fueled by Constitutionally Locked-Down Refining Capacity et cetera.

The Purpose of these Special Broadcasts is to clearly demonstrate that as long as the 1999 Constitution remains in place, it is an error to believe that the emergence of one Candidate or the other as President of Nigeria from the 2023 Electoral Round will radically alter the situation of Nigeria on account of a “Better Leadership”. In other words, that No New Nigeria is Possible Under the 1999 Constitution.

It will be recalled that ahead of the September 28, 2022 commencement of campaigns for the 2023 Presidential Election, NINAS Issued Interrogatories (published as Advertorial in the Guardian Newspaper of September 26, 2022), to question the Claims and Electoral Promises of the Political Parties and their Presidential Candidates. It is curious that the Media in Nigeria generally avoided the Issues raised by those NINAS Interrogatories which should have formed the bedrock of Questions for Presidential Candidates during the Campaigns. Nigerians Must Now Engage Those Questions.
