To guide the choice that Nigerians need to make which is whether to continue with the Terrorism-facilitating 1999 Constitution whose life gets renewed by National Elections, the next one scheduled for 2027; OR to Terminate that 1999 Constitution via the ORDERLY PROCESS of the time-bound NINAS Transitioning Template which they MUST now make their Demand.
