(1) In Part-1 of this Series No: 10, NINAS searchlights are beamed on the offices of Nigeria’s Minister of Petroleum Resources, the NNPC, the President of Nigeria, and the Commander-In-Chief of Nigeria’s Armed Forces in the search for ultimate official responsibility for the mind-boggling crude oil theft that has been going on Nigeria.

(2) In Part-2, the focus is on the 2022 floods and man-made aggravation of what would have passed for a natural disaster, driven by malevolent motives.
