As the consequences of heading to 2023 Elections under the 1999 Constitution continue to manifest in pain and disillusionment and as Contending Parties conclude their Presentation at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, NINAS invites all Stakeholders to seize the opportunity of the break from Tribunal Proceedings to take a more sober look at the Propositions of NINAS regarding the urgent need to move Nigeria to a TRANSITIONING for the inevitable Constitutional Reconstruction required to avert the catastrophes racing towards Nigeria.
The First Three of these 6-Part Broadcast directly address the Frontline Presidential Candidates in the 2023 Elections currently in Court over the outcome of that Election as well as the Supreme Court of Nigeria to which Appeals will go from the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal. The Supreme Court is invited by NINAS to invoke its Policy Jurisdiction to steer Nigeria to an immediate TRANSITIONING Process, away from the 2023 Doomed Electoral Voyage into which Nigeria heedlessly plunged itself against the Counsel of NINAS.
(Note: In the coming Second Batch of Three Parts, NINAS Addresses the wider Nigerian Populace on the Limited Options from which they now must choose, to avoid the dire consequences of the Doomed Electoral Voyage of 2023 to which they were herded under the 1999 Constitution.)
