NINAS Status Update On Implementation Of Constitutional Force Majeure; Special Broadcasts On The Declaration Of Interregnum And Indications For Next-Steps

As torrents of enquiries continue to pour into the NINAS Secretariat in the aftermath of Nigeria’s Botched 2023 Presidential Election, NINAS, by this Status Update wishes to share with the general public, Progress Report on the Implementation of the Joint Multi-Regional Constitutional Force Majeure activated December 16, 2020 to wind down the Operation of the Distressed 1999 Constitution via a Transitioning Arrangement that will Midwife the Inevitable Union Renegotiation and Reconfiguration.
Accordingly, let it be known that:
(1) The NINAS December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure successfully Delegitimized the 1999 Constitution and therefore Unhinged the Legal Basis of the Federation of Nigeria as feared by the chief-midwife of its making, Prof Auwalu Yadudu Mid-2020.
(2) The NINAS June 12, 2023 Declaration of Interregnum Delegitimizes the Government produced by the February 25, 2023 Presidential Election and therefore renders Tinubu’s Presidency Illegitimate and Illicit.
(3) With the 1999 Constitution in Distress and the attempt to reinforce it by Elections-2023 in Disarray, Nigeria must now be moved into a Transitioning Arrangement for an Orderly Union Reconfiguration or Default Union Dissolution.

These Broadcasts provide illumination into the issues raised by the Interregnum Declaration including the Fulani Conquest Agenda recently confirmed by Nasir El-Rufai as well as the unspoken activities of the North & West Alliance of 1967 that imposed the Unitary Constitutional Order on Nigeria as Victory Charter from the War of 1967-1970.
