NINAS: The Declaration Of Interregnum Delegitimizes The Government And Renders Tinubu’s Presidency Illicit

“The NINAS December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure Successfully Delegitimized the 1999 Constitution and therefore Unhinged the Legal Basis of the Federation of Nigeria as feared by the Chief-Midwife of its making, Prof Auwalu Yadudu mid-2020.
Now the NINAS June 12, 2023 Declaration of Interregnum Delegitimizes the Government produced by the February 25, 2023 Presidential Election and therefore renders Tinubu’s Presidency illicit.
With the 1999 Constitution in Distress and the attempt to reinforce it by Election in Disarray, Nigeria must now be moved into a Transitioning Arrangement for an Orderly Union Reconfiguration or Default Union Dissolution”
