Nigeria’s One-Party State Reality And Countrywide Demand For Union Reset: Elections In 2027 Instead Of Immediate Transition For Union Reconstruction Retains The 1999 Constitution & Tinubu’s Presidency Tony Nnadi, NINAS 12 March 2026

(Fair Use Disclaimer is applied in this publication.)
(1) It is now past debate that the Caliphate-Imposed Unitary Constitution of Nigeria (1999) is responsible for the Failures and Dysfunctions of Nigeria including Gross Insecurity, Economic Downturn, Monumental Corruption and Impunity, Serial Electoral Heists and Chronic Bad Governance, resulting in the Woes, Miseries, and Hopelessness of Nigerians.
(2) It is now also past debate that the Redemption Pathway for Nigeria is an immediate Transitioning for the Fundamental Constitutional Reconfiguration of Nigeria and not further National Elections under the same Unitary Constitution that Guarantees the Systemic Failures and Dysfunctions that have brought Nigeria to ruins, with a Clear and Present Danger of Catastrophic Collapse even as Nigerians are being slaughtered on a Genocidal scale by an Invading Fulani Conquest Machinery, operating Jihad-Style but masquerading as Herdsmen.
(3) As widespread Killings continue throughout Nigeria and as the Economic dislocation of Nigerians continues to worsen, even as Nigeria’s distressed opposition Political Parties wobble in chaos and disarray, Nigerians must now realize that the two real choices before them are:
(a) EITHER proceeding to the No-Contest Elections of 2027 that retains both the pernicious 1999 Constitution and the Tinubu Presidency;
(b) OR embracing the NINAS Five-Point Transitioning Proposition for Constitutional Reconstruction to end their woes and miseries.
(4) Seeing everywhere for what Nigeria has become under its untenable Unitary Constitution, and looking back at the disastrous Election of 2023, the botched Electoral Reforms exercise of 2026 and the hopelessly partisan INEC and Judiciary, will it not be tantamount to self-delusion of suicidal proportions for anyone to hope that Good Governance and Rule of Law will somehow emerge under the 1999 Constitution or that the 2027 Election will somehow produce a new Leadership that will turn Nigeria to El-Dorado?
(5) As we consider the two options outlined in #3 above, we must bear in mind that the murderous Fulani conquest onslaught sweeping Southwards from Nigeria’s Sharia North is not taking any break for the 2027 Elections to pass, neither are there guarantees that the US will hold off its Planned Military Operations against Terror Infrastructure in Nigeria including Government Complicity, for Nigeria’s 2027 Electoral ritual.
Here is a recent lamentation of (a now better-informed) participant in the past push to 2023 Presidential Election:
