Against the backdrop of your recent Memo to President Trump (screenshot and link to it above), requesting actions towards the Decommissioning and Reconfiguration of Nigeria’s Untenable Unitary Constitution, and against the further backdrop of the specific reference by the Riley Moore Joint Committee Hearing on Nigeria to that untenable Constitution that allows murderous Fulani invaders to roam freely with AK-47 rifles whilst prohibiting access to weapons for the peoples of Nigeria being slaughtered and displaced by the invaders, I wish to provide further insight, by this rejoinder, to why things are the way you have reported in your article titled “The Blood Mineral Economy of Nigeria”, link below.
The 68-Item Federal Exclusive Legislative List of the fraudulent unitary constitution of the defunct Federation of Nigeria, which cedes the ownership and control of all minerals in Nigeria as well as powers over arms and ammunitions exclusively to an illicit “Federal Government of Nigeria”, is directly responsible for the economic rape of Nigeria and the accompanying security nightmares. These conditions are compounded by the corruption and impunity guaranteed by that constitution, resulting in unquantifiable costs in lives, blood, livelihoods, and peace for the indigenous peoples of the affected territories.
The same set of reasons and outcomes apply to the humongous economic rape happening in Nigeria’s Niger Delta around the exploitation of oil and gas resources of that region.
The Invader-Fulani Caliphate conquest machinery, which empowered itself exponentially by imposing the worse-than-apartheid unitary constitution on the inevitably federal union of Nigeria, invariably remains the ultimate controller of the illicit “Federal Government of Nigeria”, no matter who is president under that constitution. By virtue of the aforementioned 68-Item Exclusive Legislative List, it therefore retains ultimate control of all key economic assets including oil and gas, solid minerals, marine assets, arms, ammunition, and security infrastructure, as well as powers over a wide range of governmental responsibilities to the exclusion of the federating units and peoples of Nigeria.
Unless that constitution, its proprietors, and its enforcers — including local collaborators — are defeated, toppled, and ousted, there is no other viable solution to the quagmire Nigeria has become, just as was the case in apartheid-era South Africa when the invader-Boers and their local collaborators had to be defeated, toppled, and ousted to free the indigenous peoples of South Africa (Blacks).
In the face of the emergency that the Nigerian situation has become, the first urgent step necessary to arrest the slide to anarchy and terminate the life and operation of that death-dispensing unitary constitution is to suspend the plans for further national elections in 2027, address the existential threats posed by the Fulani conquest onslaught and other accompanying emergencies, and initiate an immediate transitioning process for union reconfiguration in place of elections — just as South Africa did in 1990 to ease itself out of the bind of its apartheid constitutional order.
The Five-Point Proposition of the December 16, 2020 NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure offers Nigeria and Nigerians the most viable, most immediate, most potent, and most orderly ready-for-use template, mechanism, and framework for undertaking the union reset necessary to salvage Nigeria and Nigerians from a fast-approaching catastrophe.
That Five-Point Proposition of NINAS also offers the current US policy actions in Nigeria a strategy and mechanism for handling the transition that would consummate the change-outcome of those policy actions.
